I Wonder What That Will Look Like In a Year

One year ago, I bought some produce at the Farmer's Market. As I buried my purchases in the vegetable crisper, I thought, I wonder what that will look like in a year. I had no choice but to take before pictures and lock the produce in the time capsule known as my refrigerator. Expiration date: one year in the future.
I'd like to give a big thank you to Patti for being without a vegetable crisper drawer for a whole year, but we did it, baby. Food experiments will never tear us apart.
